Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential care home, ensuring high standards of care for elderly residents.
– Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
– Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs.
– Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
– NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent).
– Previous experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
